The ideal candidates would be self-starters that have the adaptability to jump into projects as needed and perform the BA functions at a high level. Insurance Industry experience required. - 3-5 years strong track record as a Business Analyst - 3-5 years expert in the Business Analysis discipline (requirements planning, management, elicitation, documentation, signoff/tracking) - Demonstrated ability to plan his/her work in the context of a single project (2-4 years) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Business Users, IT, and Management - Ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders - Experience partnering within a large Business and IT team environment - Business rules understanding and experience preferred - Artifact creation and communication experience - Methodical research skills.
