*Business Analyst* *Location : Rocklin, CA* *Duration : 5 Months Contract* *Pay Rate : Open (pl negotiate on asked rate)* *DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION*: Global Order Management Operations is for quality, approvals, reconciliations, reporting and improvement initiatives for *Oracle’s Order Management*. Order Management includes transactions for Hardware, Software License and First Year Support, Support Renewals, Education transactions, and all related revenue and billing activity. The Global Order Management Operations group, based in Rocklin, supports and works closely with transaction teams all over the world to collect and report quality measures, drive quality improvements, and provide support to streamline quarter-end activities. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Track and reconcile upgrade return transactions • Assess hardware return requests for contract and policy compliance • Enter hardware return requests to ERP system • Continuously monitor and assess effectiveness of implemented process and systems and, where needed, provide recommendations for further improvements • Ensure SOX compliance • Ensure policy compliance • Ensure contract compliance *Job Requirements:** * - Ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 yrs operations or finance experience within a large company - Highly organized, with attention to detail - Advanced MS Excel skills - Strong analytical skills required including the ability to interpret data, use tools and a keen business understanding driving creative solutions - Knowledge of effective relationship building and change management - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Understanding of hardware business processes, particularly reverse logistics streams - Familiarity with SOX requirements - Proficiency with Oracle Applications highly desired - Accounting knowledge/background preferred - Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change - Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
