*Business Analyst w/manufacturing* *Columbia, MO* *6+ Months Contract* *Job Summary:* The person hired for the position of IT Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations of the manufacturing site as business demands dictate, maintaining site regulatory compliance documentation and preparation for implementation of an ERP. *Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* Documentation and validation of software use as it relates to the manufacturing process Define requirements for IT systems at the plant Deploy standard supply chain and manufacturing solutions, working with business teams at Columbia and remotely as required Act as first level of support for IT related issues Assist in improving efficiency throughout the plant by recognizing opportunities and implementing solutions that optimize existing systems Assist plant personnel in creating and maintaining business reports Design/Develop/Implement tactical solutions to support manufacturing operations. *Basic/Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in IT discipline Manufacturing Experience 3 Years IT Experience SQL experience Strong writing/documentation skills. *Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with E1-m or JDE Manufacturing Suite SAP experience (especially migration and implementation) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport Good problem solving skills Ability to handle multiple activities concurrently, deal with conflicting priorities and manage risk Visual Basic or other .NET programming experience Software Validation Experience Experience working in a regulated environment.
