*I have urgent requirement kindly let me know if you have any resource available.* *Data Modeler* *Mountain View, CA* *6-12 Months Contract* The BI Data Modeler will be involved in all aspects of data architecting and creating and maintaining the logical and physical data model of various enterprise database and data warehouse systems. The scope includes analyzing associated business rules and process models, analyzing legacy and other related logical and physical models and collaborating with subject matter experts. The individual will liaise with business sponsors and ensure that the design solution satisfies their requirements. In this position, you will develop and implement OLTP and OLAP designs and BI analytical and reporting models to meet Client needs. You will conduct reviews, undertake mapping and scripting, aggregation, standardization and documentation, work with the DBA to implement the model, capture and record metadata, and ensure that the data model conforms to the SDLC guidelines and meets corporate standards. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math or related fields • Involvement in large fast paced implementations in reputed companies, preferably in architecting global systems • Demonstrated experience in OLTP and OLAP design technologies and formal BI delivery methodologies • 6+ years in IT with 4+ years in BI, having in-depth experience in relational design (E-R)/star schema/dimensional modeling • Experience with modeling the overall data architecture, e.g., Data Integration/ETL process,ODS, EDW, Data Marts and OLAP cube design • Good knowledge of ERWin, Oracle Designer or other comparable data modeling tools • Ease of use with database tools like TOAD/SQL Assistant/SQLNavigator, with Shell scripting and PL/SQL • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Business Objects, SAS, Micro Strategy, QlikView) • Data modeling of Oracle (10g/11g) and MPP architectures like Teradata, Netezza, Greenplum is desired • Exposure to applications like Oracle ERP (R12), Sales Force and Campaign Management • Experience with Big Data environment is a Plus • Solid understanding of the broader concepts in Data Warehousing, SDLC, Change Management and Issue Management • Experience in Agile development methodology • Strong communication, coordination and prioritization skills • Must be a self-starter, quick learner and have continual desire to learn • Proven top performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy and fast growing workplace • Consulting experience preferred • Experience working in an onsite-offshore model. *Regards,* *Jacob** Wilson* *SRS Consulting Inc.* *Direct: 510 257 2281 <510%20257%202281> * *Email: j <rah...@srsconsultinginc.com>acobwilson...@gmail.com <acobwilson...@gmail.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
