Location :Philadelphia SAP Payroll/Time Consultant. Must be available in 1 weeks notice Interview Process will be 1 round of Skype, maybe 2 at most The HCM ERP Analyst is responsible for acting as a systems consultant to Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, E-Recruiting, Training & Events Management and other HCM functions for both internal and external clients. The Analyst works closely with business process owners to plan, design and implement process driven solutions. The specialist responsibilities include the designing, configuring and testing SAP HCM modules. SAP Payroll/Time Consultant needed for a contract opportunity with client located in Philadelphia, PA! The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess: Strong Knowledge of SAP HCM Systems configuration, integration, training, testing and implementation in area of SAP Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, E-Recruiting, Training & Events Management, PA and OM in SAP ECC 5.0 or 6.0 Versions. Experience in technical analysis, debugging and integration experience in the following areas - SAP HR Modules, SAP Portal, SAP EHS, eVerify Tools What You’ll Be Doing: Provide solutions to all SAP modules: Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, E-Recruiting, Training & Events Management, PA and OM Participates in design, planning, documentation and implementation of process optimization, gather requirements from key end users and translates them into an effective system design, while considering and anticipating organizational impact. Create functional specifications for non-standard requirements and works closely with ABAP resources to test, refine and validate custom programs Provide knowledgeable answers and exceptional customer service. Perform technical analysis and issue resolution of HRIS system problem and data issues. Participates and/or execute special projects that relate to new SAP system implementation, eVerify Tools and HCM Integrations What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Information Technology or related field 7-10 years relevant work experience in IT, HR, HRIS; 5-10 years SAP HCM experience SAP Talent Management or SAP HCM Certification preferable but not mandatory Strong Knowledge of SAP HCM Systems configuration, integration, training, testing and implementation in area of SAP Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, E-Recruiting, Training & Events Management, PA and OM in SAP ECC 5.0 or 6.0 Versions. Experience in technical analysis, debugging and integration experience in the following areas - SAP HR Modules, SAP Portal, SAP EHS, eVerify Tools Strong reporting skills including ABAP Query and Adhoc Query, proficient in Excel and in the use of eCAT or related tools to load data into SAP Expert in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point Possess a strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, results-orientation, business analysis skills, multi-tasking, documentation skills and HR Process knowledge.
