Great business communication skills – written and oral. Can do system context diagrams, architecture, and analysis. Strong / positive attitude. Work with internal IT organizations and Digital River to identify and coordinate system integrations. Assess and identify integration gaps. Work with internal IT organizations, OLO and Digital River to create the systems context diagram including interfaces. Familiar with what internal IT resources might be needed and where to get them to insure success. Familiar with systems being integrated and the capabilities of the MS and Partner systems. Ability to evaluate ‘readiness’ from an IT perspective. Identify issues/risks regarding overall system integrations and communicate to MS Store PMO. Review and provide feedback to OLO and DR on the Non-Functional Specifications Document. Review and provide feedback to OLO and DR on the DR failover plan documents. Create a working connection between IT and OLO in support of the launch prep from a Digital River perspective. Document systems support contact information for MS test and production systems & environments for OLO, MS Store and Digital River use. Work with MS Store, OLO and DR to create Systems Issue Escalation process for Partner <-> MS issues communication and management, and provided training to MS and Digital River. Work with OLO, Digital River and MS Store on Capacity and Load testing. Work with OLO to update the System maintenance and planned downtimes information. Identify and communicate risks to MS Store PMO. Repurpose the O14 Systems Support Escalation Process to support the MS Store Holiday Launch. This process is aimed at insuring all parties (internal and external) request support for systems issues consistently and in a way to insure the correct response and visibility.
