This solution was developed in-house and is designed to manage reimbursement administration for a multitude of different reimbursement plans including HSA (Health Savings Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Arrangement/Accounts), HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) and other consumer driven healthcare reimbursement type accounts. * Develop clear understanding and working knowledge of the Acclaim standard database structures, processes and incoming and outgoing file layouts. Map custom file layouts from existing systems to Acclaim layouts to support data conversion efforts. * Interact with customers and/or business owners and quickly identifying the underlying business needs and requirements. Analyzing the business and technical requirements and identify any gaps between customer requirements and the Acclaim platform. If necessary, identify any platform enhancements and build test cases as needed. * Identify options for potential solutions and estimate efforts in conjunction with the development teams. Create change controls and obtain approvals from customers. Work with the product owners to incorporate new stories as well as track existing stories using the scheduled and backlogged product enhancement roadmap. * Meet with stake-holders and business owners to understand requirements and obtain sign-offs. Perform gap analysis between existing systems and Acclaim system and capabilities, coupled with new and existing business requirements that may arise during Implementation. * Understand scrum framework and work closely with on-site and offshore users, product owners, scrum masters, development teams and integration / QA teams. * Perform QA and facilitate user testing for the developed work products. * Writing SQL queries and scripts using SQL, PL/SQL during initial implementation, conversion, testing and stabilization periods. * Mentoring and training new team members as team grows and matures. Job Requirements:- * A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. * Hands on experience with SQL; Oracle PL/SQL a plus. * Experience working with clients to gather and document business and system requirements. * Experience with data conversions and conversion mapping, data reconciliation and data audits. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with external clients, stakeholders and internal team members. * High level of organization and planning skills, ability to create detailed plans and the diligence to follow and monitor the plans through execution and completion. * Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion. * Prior experience in consulting environment working with external customers. * Proficient in English speaking and writing skills. * Proficient in MS Office and MS Project or equivalent tool. * Ability to travel occasionally; approximately 10% of the time. * Experience with conversion and file mapping a plus. * Prior experience implementing / ERP or larger scale accounting solutions will be a plus. * Prior experience with reimbursement administration accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA, etc.) or other consumer driven health care accounts . * Prior experience with Scrum methodology will be a plus. * Experience with EDI and XML . -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
