*DATA ARCHITECT* *Location: Detroit, MI** Duration: 6 Plus Months* Work with application teams to gather requirements and develop logical & physical data models. Work with application teams to understand data requirements and develop new data structures for online transaction (OLTP) and data warehouse (OLAP) databases Create Database Change Requests and Data Definition Language (DDL) to create and maintain database structures. REQ: 2 *Immediate Requirement 5 Positions WEBSPHERE ADMIN's* *Location:** **Detroit, MI** Duration: 6 Plus Months MUST INTERVIEW IN-PERSON* Responsible for planning, development, implementation and maintenance of the overall integration of the computing platform (e.g. hardware, systems software, operating systems, storage) for hosts and/or clients for an enterprise hosting thousands of Linux servers, dozens of AIX and Solaris servers, and over 400 WebSphere applications spread across multiple datacenters worldwide Plans, engineers and implements configuration of software and/or hardware (e.g. SAN, Client, Server, Network) for AIX, Linux and WebSphere Responsible for optimal system performance and system capacity planning for computing environments Responsible for mentoring junior engineers on OS and infrastructure concepts. Manages and leads escalated support and problem resolution activities for system hardware, software, and/or operating systems; acting as L3 support for OS and infrastructure components. Creation of local and/or corporate system engineering standards and best practices and documenting these standards/practices Lead and direct the development of support guidelines and procedures with participation from Operations Analysts and Architects.
