*Functional Designer *

*Location: Boston, MA*

*Duration: 8+ months**

*Currently seeking a Functional Designer to join our team in Boston,
Massachusetts. *

Qualifications:  *

   - *Interview the client stake holders and create user stories *
   - *Create process models, domain models, interaction models based on user
   interactions *
   - *Coach the development and testing team about the user stories, process
   models, interaction models and domain models *
   - *Help validate the test scenarios and test results *
   - *Participate in project meetings to identify the priorities of user
   stories and scoping the work for a sprint *
   - *Manage the requirement back log *
   - *Business Process and Business Analysis *
   - *Have hands on experience with Agile Software Development Methodology &
   Tools; have project experience in identifying and writing effective user
   stories; translating the functional requirements into well written user
   stories for the development team to work upon *
   - *Have excellent analytical, problem solving skills and project
   management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret
   customer business needs and translate them into application and operational
   requirements *
   - *Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
   interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders *
   - *Have ability to elicit requirements using various techniques and
   perform gap analysis *
   - *Have ability to act as a liaison between Team players and the Client,
   for their communication needs *
   - *Have Client facing experience (handled at least two onsite BA
   engagements with Clients) and worked in Global Delivery Model *
   - *Good Business domain knowledge *
   - *Have ability to model an existing business process, analyze it and
   suggest future-state business process that meets business objectives.*

*Health Services Experience*

   - *Physician billing and receivables management - especially a large
   multi-specialty practices and/or hospital owned practices *
   - *Operational and management reporting in the hospital business office
   setting *
   - *Detailed knowledge in hospital reimbursement methodologies and
   formulas*
