*Required Skills:*

   - DOS / PC Operating System 60 months

*Degree Type Major Required Preferred:*

   - Bachelor

*Qualifications:*

   - BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred.
   - 5 plus years experience managing and supporting SMS 2003 and SCCM 2007
   in a multi-primary environment.
   - Proficient writing scripts in PowerShell, Visual Basic, or other
   similar language.
   - Detailed experience supporting Windows XP Desktop OS,
   - A detailed understanding of Microsoft’s SCCM technology and how it can
   be leverage to solve business needs.
   - Proficient in querying SQL databases as it relates to SMS/SCCM
   reporting.
   - Functional knowledge of all SCCM SP2 R2 components including AI, DCM,
   and OSD preferred.
   - Proficient in writing WQL reports and dashboards for end users and
   management.
   - Exposure to MDOP (Software Assurance) App-V components preferred.
   - Proficient writing utilities in PowerShell, VBS, AutoIT, or other
   similar scripting languages.

*Responsibilities:*

   - This position is responsible for the administration and configuration
   of Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager including the packaging
   and distribution of software.
   - This role requires a process oriented, proactive individual that will
   take ownership to ensure the health of the SCCM system.
   - The ideal candidate will have experience in the utility industry or
   other 24x7, regulated environments.

*Responsibilities:*

   - Ensure the optimum design, configuration, and use of the SMS/SCCM
   system for the environment.
   - Create and manage application deployment objects.
   - Manage deployment of software patches per approved procedures.
   - Provide 3rd level support for desktop issues.
   - Participate in weekly team meetings.
   - Develop and maintain metrics to proactively identify and address
   SMS/SCCM performance issues.
   - Work with the Active Directory team and the Desktop Architect to ensure
   that group policies, standard software, and desktop configurations achieve a
   highly.
