*Required Skills*

   - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or seven (7) years’
   experience in business process re-engineering as a Business Systems Analyst
   Senior.
   - Must have two (2) or more years’ experience in aspects of medical
   claims processing, medical claims adjudication and medical terminology.
   - Must have seven (7) or more years’ experience in working with business
   clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer
   application modifications.
   - Must have seven (7) or more years’ experience writing Business System
   and Process Change Documents including Business Requirements Documents,
   General System Design and Training Documents.
   - Must have seven (7) or more years’ experience developing workflows
   that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements in the context
   of system requirements.
   - Must have seven (7) or more years’ experience working independently
   within guidelines, developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data
   sets and user procedures.
   - Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is
   required.
   - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability
   to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience.
   - Must be able to work well within a team environment and have
   exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong
   interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
   - Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
   - Must be competent in overall PC skills including the use of Microsoft
   Office products (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, etc.).
   - Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making
   skills. Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet
   required deadlines.
   - Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be able to quickly
   learn and apply new technology.



*Preferred Skills*

   - Experience in an operational role at a Medicaid, Medicare, or Health
   Insurance company is highly desirable.
   - Experience working as part of a large (40+) development team using
   structured procedures and guidelines.
   - Working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Outlook and
   Microsoft SharePoint.
   - Experience as a Business Systems Senior Analyst working with ICD-10 is
   highly desirable.
