Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. - Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. - Must be competent in overall PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, etc.). - Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making skills. Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet required deadlines. - Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be able to quickly learn and apply new technology. *Preferred Skills* - Experience in an operational role at a Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance company is highly desirable. - Experience working as part of a large (40+) development team using structured procedures and guidelines. - Working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint. - Experience as a Business Systems Senior Analyst working with ICD-10 is highly desirable.
