Must be on-site and be available to interview and start quickly. Must very good skills with Sterling Integrator mapping, troubleshooting and Business Processes (BPML). *EDI/Sterling Integrator Consultant* Plans, designs, configures, deploys, and maintains computer-based application systems for Ecommerce to meet business strategies and objectives. Analyzes applications, consults with users to determine software requirements in developing and maintaining applications, and suggests options to optimize operating efficiency through application performance. Verifies feasibility of project requirements, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Determines modifications to existing programs or creation of new programs. *Responsibilities:* - Integrate code into current applications and monitor that programs are running efficiently. Review applications and determine if code is ready for production tests. Run reports during testing to determine if errors occur. - Thoroughly test systems when installing applications and services with existing equipment to ensure that all components are compatible with existing equipment and that no conflicts or system malfunctions occur. - Diagnose system administration problems. Troubleshoot issues with existing or developed systems and work with the appropriate resources to resolve them. Debug programs, replace, delete, or modify code and system configuration to correct errors, and add enhancement features. - Develop documentation outlining program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Outline steps required in developing programs. Convert specifications into sequence of detailed instructions and steps for coding. - Provide customer support to end-users in solving operating problems.
