Maintain high reliability, availability, and consistency for FileNet infrastructure Makes complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations. Maintains technical documentation. May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. Assist with resolution of FileNet first and second level support incidents and problems tickets with users. Capable of complex problem solving and demonstrates strong technical skills. Strong communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving/analytical skills. Able to work independently and effectively in a demanding, complex, multi-tier network environment. *Experience Qualifications *At least 5 years demonstrated administration experience in a FileNet environment. FileNet Certification a plus. Experience with workflow and document management technologies. Experience in administering and supporting distributed applications in both Microsoft and UNIX environments. Administrative Experience with the FileNet P8 components (Image Services, Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine Familiarity with Database, J2EE technologies, MSAR and OSAR technologies.
