Desired Skills 4+ years of Experience in installing, configuring WebSphere, tcServer or other Application 3+ years of Experience in Shell, Jython, PERL scripting 4+ years of Experience working with Unix and Windows environments 2+ years of Experience with VMware environments 4+ Years of Experience with development, troubleshooting and performance tuning JEE applications 4+ years of Experience in installing and configuring Web Servers eg : IHS or Apache Experience with Websphere MQ Provide good understanding of concepts related to server load balancing, WAS clustering and other application scaling concepts. Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments Knowledge and experience with the various security components such as WebSphere security, LDAP, SSL certificates and other third party security products. Able to review the performance monitoring of the respective environment, determine opportunities to refine the configuration of a component and determine new resource / capacity requirements The individual must be experienced in performing problem diagnostics to determine the root cause of an issue Strong technical documentation and presentation skills Candidate must be a team player who works and communicates well with technical and non-technical resources. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to work with limited direction while being highly productive. A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
