Java experience, and web front end experience (HTML, Javascript, AJAX frameworks such as ExtJS or JQuery) are required. Experience with some scripting language is required; Perl strongly desired. C++ is desired. The developer hired for this position may be asked to work any combination of technologies and learn on the job as needed. The candidate needs to be a self starter capable of solving problems and developing technology projects from start to finish. This includes analysis, design, coding and testing. Candidate will need to share ideas and discuss solutions with others, including off-site team members. As such, strong communication skills are also required. We work very closely with the business, so the candidate will be required to discuss problems and solutions directly with the users. Knowledge of bank and brokerage lending products is desired.
