They will largely be working with Manager but will also be working with business partners to help with combo work. What are some things that would stand out from candidates and what are some disqualifiers? They would stand out if they had retail business reporting experience, knew what a combo was and had experience with them and had an easy outgoing personality. Disqualifiers would be if they were programmers or true system architects. Not able to relate to people well. What would a typical day workload look like? Mapping combos from the current hierarchy and data structure to the new hierarchy and data structure to deliver the same data set. Building Combos in the QA environment of EP Tools. Running reports in QA to verify the combos and test reporting.
