*Job Description:* Our client located in Concord CA is in need of a Sr. Network Engineer for a 6-12 month contract. The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that industry best practices and methodologies are applied to Data Center Operations. The engineer will oversee the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and recommend the resolution of network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion *REQUIRED SKILLS:* • Experience with MPLS • Able to troubleshoot L2 & L3 issues • Detail oriented with an extensive attention to detail • Able to work multiple projects simultaneously with many interruptions • Enterprise Routing experience using protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. • Enterprise Switching exp with VLANs, Trunks, Spanning Tree, Port Spanning etc. • Experience with Configured Security policies including NAT, PAT, Route-maps and Access Control Lists. • Experience in WAN technologies like T1/T3, OC and DS3 circuit types. • Experience in Designing, Implementation and Operations of enterprise data networks • Extensive exp on Cisco Routers, Switches, Load Balancers & Firewalls • Experience in configuring gateway redundancy protocols like HSRP, GLBP and PPP. • Experience with Load Balancers for administrating and monitoring global & local traffic. • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team and Committed to highest levels of professional. • Good communications, quick learner and able to work with little or no direction. • CCNA or CCNP certification -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
