This is an exclusive to us!!! We are backfilling a consultant of ours who is leaving. This is a long term contract with a potential for hire. Prefer EAD, US Citizens or GC holders. This is an initial 6 months contract. *This role is working entirely remote!!!* However.. the client is in Michigan so if they are local to MI that is a HUGE plus but not required! Specifically, we are looking for a .NET developer with 5-7+ years of software development experience with emphasis on development of .NET WCF Web Services. Must be fluent with usage of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 IDE for development of WCF web services on the .NET 4.5 framework using C#. Must have experience with file processing, XML, and SQL Server database access utilizing stored procedures. Our application and web services are hosted in Windows Azure. Windows Azure development experience is not required but is preferred. Resource must be able to work from home and participate in virtual team meetings. Ideally this resource would be located near East Lansing / Okemos Michigan, but not required. Start asap, hopefully no later than January 1st, 2015.
