Candidates must have experience developing IVR systems Our client has a Siemens OpenScape Voice Portal IVR, but it is based on the Genesys Voice Portal platform. A good candidate would have experience in this platform and have some or all of the needs below. Some telephony background is good, but not required as this person is more of a developer interfacing with Telecom staff and Contact Center business units to augment and enhance our existing platform with an eye to the future. The perfect candidate also has experience as a .Net Programmer. ** Thorough experience in .NET Development** Programmer/Analyst skills in IVR Understanding end-user call flow and usability requirements Ability to discuss and develop high-level requirements with business users. Ability to understand our members needs for a self-service IVR.
