I have a *PeopleSoft Production Support Specialist contract position available in Houston, TX.* The contract is guaranteed to be 6 months long, but we have had contractors in the past working there for up to 2 years. Here's what the right candidate needs: 1) Resource MUST be in Houston currently 2) HR/CRM - 80% Technical, 20% Functional 3) Energy experience is a plus 4) PERFECT communication DESCRIPTION: In general, provide guidance and support to the HR-IT team's day-to-day activities and during projects. Control and manage the interfaces and data transfers to and from the Peoplesoft applications (HRMS and CRM) Monitor scheduled jobs and logs and troubleshoot failed or hung processes. Provide support for CRM system (IMS and CMS) Maintain Global Directory feeds and associated data sources, making any changes as requested Coordinate all IMS cases assigned to the HR Systems group and ensure proper completion Create additional attributes in Peoplesoft to support HR-IT projects.
