*Duration: 5 months Contract* *Mode of Interview: Telephonic and Face to Face* *Top 5 Skills:* · 7 years IT experience focused in software design · requirements gathering, DB2/Oracle/SQL, ETL, SQL queries · system analysis using RUP, Agile, and UML · Experience with Source Control, Requirements Management, and UML Modeling · Health insurance industry & Claim Processing/Adjudication exp is required *Consulting engagement at a large organization in Healthcare service industry.* *Upp is now seeking a Lead Systems Analyst.* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Accountable for gathering business requirements, provide high-level design solutions and delivering system requirements. · Perform requirements gathering, System Analysis, and produces System High level Design Models and System Specifications. · Assist in implementation support and system enhancements and must be comfortable executing multiple concurrent tasks. · Demonstrate experience within a customer focused environment. · Lead other Systems Analyst to ensure completion of work assignments. *EXPERIENCE:* · Must have a minimum of 7 years IT experience focused in software design with emphasis on the following technologies and tasks: UML (Use Case, Activity, State Chart, and Class Diagram), ERD and database normalization options, ETL, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Marts, Cognos. · Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL tools such as Ab Initio is required. · Experience using Requisite Pro, RUP, and Scrum. · Expertise with Source Control, Requirements Management, and UML Modeling tools (Rational suite or comparable) · Ability to query an Advanced RDBMS Database such as DB2, Oracle, and SQL/Server. · Lead experience is required.
