*Job Responsibility:*

   - Should be able to use job portals extensively and efficiently
   - Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting from identifying ,
   submitting, scheduling interviews and closing candidates
   - Should have good exposure about latest technologies.
   - Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the Business Unit



*The desired candidate should posses the following:*

   - 1 - 2 years of experience in the US Staffing industry
   - Knowledge of total recruitment lifecycle and clear understanding of tax
   terms, C2C, W2 and 1099.
   - Strong sourcing and networking skills.
   - Excellent communication is a must.
   - Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what they
   are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency.



*Education:*  Any Graduate
