Resource submissions that do not clearly demonstrate that these mandatory qualifications are met will not be considered under this RFO. • B.S. or B.A. degree with five (5) years of experience as a QA Analyst OR Associates degree with seven (7) years of experience as a QA Analyst • Four (4) engagements lasting more than six (6) months each in a QA Analyst role Desired Skills Proposed resources that meet the Mandatory Qualifications will be evaluated on the following Desired Skills.
