Create Many-to-Many relationships, updating install base, implementing Leads functionality and writing reports Description of Assignment: We have two standalone systems SAP and MSCRM that we will be integrating in the project. This person will use Scribe 7.0 to create integration packets to/from MSCRM and update territory alignment for Many-to-Many relationships. This person will customize MSCRM to create/update forms, use JAVA script in events, create Workflows and Form Relationships Deliverables: Create Scribe 7.0 packages to integrate to and from MSCRM using files or web parts Create Audit entity for changes made in MSCRM for extract to SAP Create Visual Studio 2008 reports against the MSCRM database Configure MSCRM forms and add JAVA Script events Implement Many-to-Many relationships (i.e Multiple Owner) Update Scribe territory alignment scripts for the Many-to-Many relationships Participate in Rollup 12 implementation Create Workflow jobs Participate in test plan developmnet and testing for all of the above Update System technical documentation (i.e. Schema) After implementation support Supplement Security with Plug-in Knowledge and Experience: 2 to 4 years Customizing MSCRM 1+ years Customizing MSCRM 4.0 2 to 4 years Scribe Software development (7.0 preferred) 2 to 4 years Visual Studio Report Development (2008 Preferred) 2 to 4 years JAVA Script development for MSCRM Events 1 to 3 years MSCRM Workflow development MSCRM Plug-in development (preferred) 1 to 3 years working with MSCRM Outlook Offline Client Has installed software/Rollup or upgraded MSCRM Problem Solving Capabilities: Understand complex MSCRM customization Resolve data issues related to generation of Visual Studio Reports from MSCRM Understand MSCRM Outlook Offline Client functionality Understand and resolve issues with complex Scribe packets Responsibility: Customer Satisfaction within the norm; Participate and contribute in the problem solving process; Interact with the end users if required; Personal Characteristics: Team player Strong technical, analytical and decision making skills for problem identification and resolution Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow through skills, with ability to work on multiple concurrent projects Self starter, able to present improvement suggestions, and able to follow up.
