Sr. Java with 2 of 3 (Hibernate, FLEX, Spring) 2. Java (core) with FLEX and either Hibernate or Spring So basically a good core Java developer living in Illinois with good Java and FLEX background. These people should be free thinkers. Because they will be working with our RedPoint team and potentially interfacing with the client. They cannot be automatons. If I ask them why would you use one technology over another they should have an ability to answer that. 3. rd position which has been the one where we were looking for Java/Hibernate/FLEX/Spring and PL/SQL has changed to be more database driven. Need to have Oracle skills. Specifically, data mapping, Oracle optimization and query optimization. They should have solid Hibernate as well. Spring and Flex are nice to have but less of a demand.
