Additionally the BI CoE is responsible for ensuring BI solutions are delivered and maintained in a repeatable, reusable and iterative fashion by leverage a common set of skills, tools, and methodology. *Business Knowledge * Ability to analyze data issues, identify and articulate the business impact of data problems. Willingness to learn end-to-end utility business. Ability to create functional and technical requirements documents for information delivery solutions. Work closely with subject matter experts (SME) to identify and document business requirements and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance through the use of automated reporting. Translate business unit needs into detailed reporting requirements. *Technical Knowledge * Design, build, test, optimize, deploy, and maintain reports and BI applications which enable users to visualize data. Analyze existing applications for technical solutions and performance opportunities. Ability to provide innovative as well as practical recommendations on resolving issues. Assists in executing system unit, integration and user acceptance testing. Must be proficient with the development of charts, graphs, pivot tables and to design and build business-friendly dashboards and reports. Define and implement reports to satisfy business requirements using the appropriate reporting tools. Ability to use *Informatica Power Center tools for analysis, design, mapping and workflow*.
