This will enable them to manage revenue recognition more easily and more accurately. There are 2 types of feeds that will go into the rollup. One is matched to the other to create a complete picture of who bought what, and how, and for how much: Transaction System – internal application that contains the detailed order information Payment Processing – 6 or 7 external feeds that contain the payment information (these include PayPal, ChasePaymentech, Upay, and some credit cards) · They have mostly completed the ChasePaymentech matching and ETL process and are looking for someone to develop the remainder · They are looking to build this system to be production-ready. In other words the ETL work that our consultant will be doing will not be a one-time throwaway, but rather a component to a process that will be run as a nightly batch. · The work to be performed is the building of packages of ETL feeds from these various data sources into SQL Server tables so that they can run a Cognos report and feed the data to parent company 's SAP financial application; · They are already into this project and want to be testing by late July · They figure this to be perhaps 6-8 weeks of effort · They are looking for someone fairly soon · The skills needed are *SSIS *and good *analytic capability* – preferably working with payment applications or feeds.
