Can WRITE big and complex stored procedure including calling application from within SP 4. STRONG debugging skill. Should be able to dry run the code with sample data 5. Work on ROOT CAUSE of the problem to resolve the problem, permanently 6. SELF STARTER and innovative approach to solving critical problems 7. LEADERSHIP skills to utilize the resources optimally and effectively communicate the problem and client’s expectation to best shore resources 8. Can ACTIVELY participate in meetings attended by senior client executives 9. Excellent COORDINATION skills to bridge the gap between clients and teams Work profile includes: Day-to-Day production support a set of applications developed in VB, ASP, SQL Server Work with the clients to understand issues/requirements, quickly formulate a solution and implement it. Work with India team, cross-functional teams and clients to get work delivered on time and Quality.
