Developing a strong team, skills and culture around integration that crosses the development, support, infrastructure and data teams Hands on experience using Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH in BPEL Knowledge and exposure to BPM, IBM WMB and IBM MQ will be added advantage. Participate in estimation, staffing analysis, and work schedule, discussion with customer to gather requirements and analyze scope. Provide inputs in quality and risk planning. Perform and participate in HLD and LLD and architecture sessions. Guide the team in coding, review code and deliver optimized code. Perform UT and prepare Test Plans. Work in GO-LIVE. Production Support and Maintenance tasks. Participate and prepare KT sessions. Mentor the team. Documentation and Knowledge Management. Handle Customer as a part of Onsite Coordinating activities.
