Performs round-the-clock intrusion detection monitoring of company networks and systems. Participates in computer security incident response activities and the technical investigations of security-related incidents. Participates in the evaluation of vendor proposals, new and existing security designs, and emerging security technologies and systems. May provide technical guidance to less experienced staff. This application development position will assist Access Management's development team in continuing maintenance and enhancements to the Access Request Tool (ART) and with the intergration of the client data and systems. ART is a new in-house application developed to create a single application portal for users to request security access to applications and resources. Chosen candidate will be responsible for implementing new features and troubleshooting existing bugs. This application incorporates .NET 3.5 technologies, including LINQ, WCF and WF. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years .NET experience and be proficient with: Visual Studio 2008, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, MS SQL Server, Web Services and Object Oriented Design. Dependability and effective communication skills are a must. Development experience with the EXT JavaScript library and above average strength in UI design and creation is a definite plus.
