*Need Business Analyst, Need EAD-GC,GC And USC And Local Consutlants.* *F2F Interview* Position: Business Analyst Location:Downingtown Pennsylvania Duration:6 Months Business Analyst with Workflow creation and Documentation Scope: The BA will be traveling on site to met with other Branches primarily in the North East however may also require travel out West to CA. The BA will be meeting with Employees, Tech's Stakeholders, Customersetc to figure out how to improve upon processes and create reports that can be shared Nation-Wide. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the tech team and the business team with a focus on the business side. The Team: Quality Operations and Performance. 7 People on the team, very lean. All about process and quality improvement. Must Have-** Must be Willing to Travel* Ability to speak to Directors, Stakeholders, Executives, Tech.'s. Need to be inquisitive: What reporting tool? What are we doing with that report? How are they using data? Create Dashboards/ Reports - No tool in particular Add Value and meaning to reports Ability to deep dive and document current state processes/workflow. Expertise in computer code NOT required or preferred.
