Job Title Business Analyst for mobile Relevant Experience (Yrs) o 6+ years solid business analyst experience in ecommerce o Good experience working in Retail domain Technical/Functional Skills o Work directly with product managers, developers, solution architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to develop strategies and specifications to create and improve the functionality, performance, usability and effectiveness of mobile software applications. o Ability to analyze various initiatives and recognize opportunities where mobile strategies are necessary o Drives the requirements gathering efforts for a project including managing the expectations of the stakeholders including a distinctive project team o Document existing and new business processes and workflows with a high level of complexity o Creatively proposes alternatives and solutions to business functionality requests o Be able to prioritize workloads and drive delivery for multiple projects o Assist and provide guidance to peers or those with less experience within the analytical area of job o Conduct, interpret and communicate quantitative and qualitative analyses of data o Analyze complex processes, interfaces and sub-system problems for modification o Provide production assistance and support in multiple areas as required. o Responsible for preparing one or more of the deliverables required to build Business Requirement Documents for small to mid-sized projects which include; Process flow, use cases, system diagrams and coordination and accountability for Conceptual, Architectural, Review Board (CARB) and Requirements, Architectural Review Board (RARB) artifacts o During the requirements phase of the project, the Analyst will coordinate and meet with IT and the business owners to ensure that business requirements are translated into succinct clear requirements with defined ranges. o Document current business processes if they are not already in place. A thorough understanding of the functional area related to the project and the ability to identify and quantify business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology is critical. o This position requires knowledge of technology and the business with the ability to combine the two.
