*Must Have Skills:
*• • Ability to work in a team environment with technical and non-technical
individuals in a professional manner
• • 5-7 years of experience working on sizeable message broker based
distributed projects
• • 5-7 years of web architecture and J2EE based technologies
• • Solid background of clustering and load balancing concepts as applied to
Websphere applications
• • Knowledge and use of web management and performance tools
• • 5+ years of experience in UNIX environment
• • 3+ years with Linux, preferably RHE
• • Working knowledge of database support, specifically Oracle and UDB

 *Job Roles / Responsibilities:
*• Strong understanding of core messaging industry standards: JMS,  SOAP,
J2EE, XML,etc.
• • Diagnosing and Resolving Websphere systems related problems
• • Implement basic shell scripts for Websphere maintenance
• • Document solutions architecture and infrastructure decisions
• • Design, implement, test and improve disaster recovery procedure designs
• • Provide onsite and offsite (on call) support
• • Troubleshoot website problems and develop permanent resolution
• • Strong systems level understanding of AIX and Linux
• • *Code to, Deploy to and exploit Websphere XD in a clustered environment
• • Code to, Deploy to and exploit Websphere ND in a clustered environment
• • Code to, Deploy to and exploit Websphere MQ in a clustered environment
• • Code to, Deploy to and exploit WBI MB in a clustered environment
• • Code to, Deploy to and exploit UDB in a clustered environment
• • Deploy Websphere application builds to cluster
• • Deploy WBI MB message flow builds to message broker *
