Must have 2+ years of Oracle 10g/11g experience (Oracle 10g/11g RAC experience is highly desirable) · · Experience with Oracle 10g/11g grid control/Enterprise Manager . Must have experience with Oracle Data guard/standby · Must have 2+ years of coding experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting · Experience with Oracle Partitioning, RMAN, AWR/Stats pack, SQL*Loader · Experience with Net App filers and/or other storage systems · Strong understanding of database replication concepts, i.e. Data Guard, multi-master replication, streams . Proven shell and Perl scripting . Experience in high-volume and high availability databases · Demonstrated proficiency of troubleshooting techniques and detail-oriented problem diagnosis · Ability to analyze and resolve issues · Experience in deploying database changes for new database releases with minimal downtime · Basic Knowledge of Linux Operating system administration .
