*Duration: 8+months Contract* *Job Description:* Ensure successful completion of outcome / output based projects within committed time and budget with Quality ensuring proper stakeholder management covering all partners and third party providers Program Delivery and Commercial Management of the Delivery Centre: Lead and Own Programs Delivery (schedule / risk / issues / changes / dependencies).Responsible for revenue, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and cost of delivery for the DC. Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the DC and for account mining for the mapped DC. Responsible for relationship building with Customer Delivery line Managers, DMs and key stakeholders within the account Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to ensure highest quality delivery. Support LPC creation / bid cycles. Manage PCSAT/PULSE/Annual CSAT within agreed KPIs.
