* * Oracle Financial Business Analyst *Required:* -6+ years Oracle Apps experience with the following modules: Self Service, Workflow, AR, AP, PA, GL and HR. -Lead/PM Experience -Full life cycle experience implementation through support. -Excellent customer service skills, must be able to communicate effectively with business and technical users -Occasional travel and 24/7 support may be required. *Overview:* We are looking for a fully competent Principal, Systems Analyst, who in addition to significant Oracle ERP experience, will also provide systems and business expertise for a Finance and HR systems 11i implementation. This candidate will be working with both systems integrators and outsource vendors, the successful candidate will play a lead role working with the technical and functional teams in the set-up, development and deployment of Oracle application modules, an 11i reimplementation. Experience in formal project management and software development lifecycle is required. Knowledge of systems integration, information delivery, IS/business consulting, Sarbanes Oxley, outsource governance, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources a plus. The successful candidate will also contribute to user documentation, train the trainer activities and postproduction support on a regularly scheduled 24x7-support rotation basis. This position requires a high level of direct interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Play a lead role in the development and support for existing Oracle 11.03 ERP application (OE, AR, AP, GL, HR, Self Service) through our outsource agreement. Working with a systems integrator and business subject matter experts, lead Financial and Human Resources sub-project teams on the successful implementation of 11.5.10. Work closely with key contacts in Finance and Human Resources to understand business process improvements and offer technical solutions. Implement automated solutions through a formal software development life cycle including requirement definition, project planning and software testing in a Sarbanes Oxley compliant environment. 2) Business Analyst / Oracle Project Lead *Overview:* Reporting to the Director, Financial Business Systems, this position is responsible for Oracle Financials with focus on Oracle Projects, documenting business and functional requirements, process flows, as well as user acceptance testing and training. The individual will assist in estimating and determining project scope, feasibility and ROI. The individual will work closely with the finance and IT teams to aid with the delivery of solutions that will enhance user efficiencies, user experience and productivity. *Responsibilities: *Gather and document business and functional requirements. Oracle set-up and configurations in test/production environments. Design and review test cases. Facilitate user acceptance testing. Application end-user training, including the development of User Guides. Facilitate communication between Finance and IT, including developers to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications. Participate in process improvement activities and metrics. Follow defined processes for ticket, patch, releases and change management. Apply knowledge and experience to recommend solutions to business problems. Decisions can have enterprise wide impact. Effectively influence others to ensure levels of quality and timelines are met during the service improvement and delivery process. Monitor tickets and work/assign tickets as appropriate. Perform root cause analysis. Coordinate and schedule user meetings with business owners. Provide maintenance plans and project updates.
