* * *Position:* *Oracle SOA Architect** with **OAGIS* *Location:* Philadelphia, PA. *Duration:* 3-6 month Rate: Market * * * * *Role Description:* Support ERP SOA Strategy, Infrastructure and development *Responsibilities:* • Define and develop common utilities • Review and approve Functional and Technical designs • Review and approve Code. • Production support including problem investigation/troubleshooting • Perform and coordinate OAGIS definitions • Support development staff with troubleshooting and best practices • Support a code migration from SOA Suite 10.1.3 (BPEL, ESB) to 11g *Key Activities:* • Advice developers in designing solutions by offering guidance of which design patterns to use, what the granularity of the services are, performance considerations, schema design, etc. • Perform quality reviews of functional and technical reviews designs. • Perform code reviews for adherence to standards, best practices, and performance issues • Promote continuous improvement of overall SOA environment • Create OAGIS definitions • Design and implement common utilities, such as error hospitals, etc • Help and coordinate developers with a code migration from SOA Suite 10.1.3 (BPEL, ESB) to 11g *Skills and Knowledge:* • Oracle SOA/Middleware tools • Knowledge of OAGIS standards • 2 years experience with Oracle SOA suite, 10.1.3 specifically with Oracle BPEL, ESB, and JDeveloper • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11g and Weblogic preferred • Experience with converting code from Oracle SOA suite 10.1.3 to 11g preferred • Extensive experience with troubleshooting production problem in Oracle SOA Suite • 2 years defining and deploying OAGIS standards to an enterprise • Basic knowledge about Oracle E-Business Suite, PL/SQL preferred • Exposure to Web Services Manager (need not have extensive OWSM experience) desired -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
