PeopleSoft HCM Consultant role through DIR for the CPA in Austin, TX.
Worker to provide functional expertise for one or more of the following
PeopleSoft HCM modules, in a highly customized complex environment: 1)
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Core HR; 2) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Position Management;
3) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Payroll, including Commitment Accounting; 4)
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 – Time & Labor
Onsite Requirements: Worker will be required to work on site with the
team. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the
Project Manager/Direct Supervisor
• Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally
on a variety of business matters as required
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Technical and Functional
• Experience in gathering business requirements for large
projects
• Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary
• Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with technical
staff and customer staff on the project
• Perform related work as assigned

providing instructor led training classes
1 Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or
9.2

1 Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Learn OR Oracle
