So if you have any consultant then please share it on m...@gemini-us.com *Role 1: JDE Solutions Analyst* *Location: Kalamazoo, MI* *Duration: 3 months but will extend* *JD:* Position summary: This role plays a key part by performing the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the ongoing sustainment of an ERP solution specifically in the Supply Chain Planning area. The analyst will have exceptional functional knowledge of planning in configure-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturing environments in the area of expertise. The incumbent will work to understand complex business needs and processes and to act as a liaison between the Business Analyst and technical teams / external partners. They are responsible for understanding business processes, designing configuration solutions, assisting with the documentation of requirements, and coordinating communication among IS teams and Partners for critical and complex projects. Individuals in this position have an understanding of business processes, experience working with multiple technologies, and have demonstrated the ability to work with Partners and IS Teams. *Essential duties & responsibilities:* (detailed description) · Build and maintain strong relationships with the strategic partners, BAs and act as a liaison between the business and IS teams; - Ensure quality and timely delivery for all the tasks; - Improve the business analysis and technical functions through best practices, mentoring, and education; - Partner with IS Teams/partners and functional teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems; - Partner with technical teams to understand existing configuration and modifications needed for the delivery of solutions and enhancements; - Work with diverse business community to document as-is and to-be processes; - Document clear and testable requirements which describe a system which will be implemented; - Make and deliver on commitments to customers; - Work with partners and review their deliverables and ensure they meet all guidelines; - Provide high level technical solution while working with team and Partners; *Education & special trainings:* · Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent preferred. · Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred *Qualifications & experience:* · Minimum 8 years of professional experience is required - Knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control. - Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required. - Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required. - Experience on JDE E1, v8.0 is required. *Configure to order experience - MUST HAVE* - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. - Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships required. - Previous experience in a lead role in large ERP implementations or upgrade preferred. - Experience with IBM Midrange iSeries/AS400 preferred. - Experience in ERP project implementation is preferred. *Physical & mental requirements: * · Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills – oral, written, listening, executive presentations - Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions - Demonstrated ability to guide the business towards optimal solutions - Demonstrated ability to maintain clear communication channels with IS and business stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to convert complex business functions into technical specifications *Kind Regards ..* *Mani Sharma* *Team Lead* *Gemini Consulting & Services LLC , **MBE &WBENC* *3636 S Geyer Road, Suite 270, Sunset Hills, MO 63127* m...@gemini-us.com, www.gemini-us.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
