No skype* - *Open to both long term contract and C2H* - *Must have skills: technical PM, Facets (min 3-5 yrs of recent exp), exp with Invoice and billing platforms, Facets, delivery and implementation experience* *Job Overview:* This is a technical project and we are looking for someone who is both technical and PMBOOK resource. We want someone who can do senior and executive level presentations with good technical experience on FACETS and Billing and Invoice platforms. Communication is key for the team. - Will report to Manager of Enrollment and Billing area. Working on CI’s. Planning to restructure invoicing platform for CF CD: Entire invoicing, business- CD business area. - Support invoicing for CF, enrollment and billing. Currently under marketing area in TOSS. - Project: revamping infrastructure- procedures, invoices created, technologies involved, badges. The plan is to revisit entire process and change it completely. - Team wants to keep controls in place for certain processes. End to end reporting and monitoring to make it transparent for TOSS team and external business area for invoice generation process. - Duration – 2016 and 2017. - Project is currently in process: Pre-planning phase right now, need resource ASAP so they can be onboarded to manage delivery. - Technology background: Facets is required, little idea of NASCO would be helpful. - PM side- PMP/PMI experience/certifications. Business process for CF would be a big advantage, billing facets platform, controls –run end to end project monitoring, badge or monitoring or enhancing using latest technologies, end to end dashboard reporting, PEGA and microstrategy, tibco. - Nasco, PMP/PMI, CF experience are all a plus, nice to have. - Really need someone technical. - Focus on schedule for targets, deadlines; manage resources, working with stakeholders, weekly updates/status on schedules, addressing issues throughout the project.
