Good Insurance domain knowledge and familiarity with Acord standards. Experience Required Roles & Responsibilities 1. Implement and develop automated test practices for both web based applications primarily using Ruby/Cucumber tool. 2. Design and create test scripts using Ruby/Cucumber to address areas such as, application scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation. 3. Work with the QA Manager and colleagues to define process and strategy associated with automation. 4. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. 5. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates. 6. Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, designs, schedules, or potential problems. Generic Managerial Skills 1. Very good understanding and working experience in different phases of software development life cycle 2. Capable in Setting priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track data/activities 3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 4.
