Job Title: QA Test Manager with Mainframe Exp Location: Jefferson City, MO Durations: Long term Contract Description: This person will be brought in to help build and staff a Test Team. This individual will potentially help evaluate testing tools, processes, and implement best practices to build a world class test environment. This person would need to have a four year degree. 5-10 years test experience, 3 years management experience (includes hiring, firing, training, evaluating talent, etc.) Current environment includes: mainframe (green screen), Java opensystems, DB2, CICS, COBOL. The ideal manager has experience creating a "test bed" for testing applications the same way multiple times ( A"template" approach).
