*Contract to hire* *Client : Virtusa / JPMC* As a Digital Mobile Release Manager, you are responsible for organizing, directing, managing and controlling activities related to quarterly web & mobile releases, corresponding native application releases, our cross-platform forced upgrade strategy, our cross-platform splash strategy and the distribution of native mobile applications through new distribution channels. Responsibilities: • efforts Manage release planning, implementation, and validation for the following Digital Mobile functions: 1. Web and Mobile quarterly enterprise releases 2. Mobile app general audience and beta/pilot releases (iOS, Android, Windows) 3. Web and native application messaging/splash events 4. Mobile infrastructure projects 5. Native app force upgrades 6. Mobile related Work Orders 7. Coordinate lessons learnt across all mobile platforms procedures • Documenting release management practices and 1. Archiving release documentation 2. Native App Store Portal changes 3. Change Management Best Practices 4. Ad hoc metric reporting of releases, current active app users, & beta/pilot activities 5. Act as a point of contact for all things release related for the Digital Mobile Technology team 6.
