*PeopleSoft - HCM Business Analyst  for  9.2 Upgrade (4 Months)​*

We are looking for a HCM Business Analyst to start immediately to do an
evaluation for upgrading from

PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2.

The person should have strong functional expertise in implementation and
upgrade processes and minimum

of 7 years of experience and has knowledge of the following PeopleSoft
module (Version 9.0 or above):

1. Recruiting -

2. Core HR

3. Succession planning -

4. Time and Labor

5. Payroll interface-ADP

6. eCompensation

7. ePerformance

This role is responsible for evaluating the current PeopleSoft HR
application and does an impact analysis of

upgrading to 9.2.

The role is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:

Able to demo the 9.2 system
Sound knowledge of the PeopleSoft upgrade process

Developing and creating application system requirements necessary to get
from current 9.1 to desired
9.2 state.
Identifying potential upstream/downstream impacts; and translating the
business requirements into
computer requirements.
Configuring PeopleSoft system for defined business processes


​
Analyze documents, develops and recommends business process design in the
applicable area.

Prepares and delivers informative and well-organized presentations.
Provides project status reviews to

stakeholders, process owners, and customers.

Collaborates with department management and end-users on defining
procedures.

Evaluates business and program application systems’ functionality to
identify gaps, measuring the

solution impact to business operations. Serves as a liaison between the
business and the project team

to improve productivity, and developing and delivering training.

Implements the design system solution and develops and designs the
delivered solution(s).

Serves as Leader/Manager and Project Manager of assigned projects; serves
as subject matter expert.

Writes manuals/training materials and defines the scope of the training.

Provide training to business users and team members
