*Job Description * - Lead all technical aspects involved in delivering Salesforce/ServiceMax enhancements – primarily custom code development (Visualforce and Apex) but also any other related technical items (such as data and external application integration). - The Technical Lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce and Apex. - The Technical Lead will be responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, and will document the technical design and manage developers throughout the development phase. *Responsibilities* - Ensure that custom development meets business requirements and adheres to salesforce.com best practices - Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions - Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development - Determine scope and effort estimates for all development - Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce - Assist with debugging and complex troubleshooting of custom development *Skills/Experience* - Visualforce and Apex - Knowledge of ETL tools - Systems development and integration experience - Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model - Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reports - Detail oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication skill Regards Sumit -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
