*The Change Management Lead is responsible for all change management and
communications activities for the project. This includes two key activities
across the project, executive and program communications management and
development of Client project deployment change management approach.
Executive and program communications requires the individual to establish
and manage sponsorship across all impacted Client audiences to support
program delivery. They should provide ongoing communications management to
all steering committee and stakeholders of the program ensuring there is
message consistency across the program and are responsible for the
fabrication and dissemination of all executive communications and
presentation materials
For the client project change management activities, the individual will
create, in concert with the Service Transitions Lead, a comprehensive end
user transition plan with appropriate training, job aides and communication
tools for agents and their management migrating into the new program. They
will further manage the change update process throughout the program,
providing repeatable consistent process validated and enhance against
solicited end user experience collected through ramp-up and feedback
mechanisms
