Maintenance of SharePoint servers (issues with server, service applications, maintenance of service accounts/App Id’s and the database servers) – customer has a SharePoint server farm and not stand alone server. b. Installation of patches for software updates in the sever c. Creation/ trouble shooting issues (Lists, Libraries, External Content Types, InfoPath forms, SSRS reports, search servers, workflows, etc.) in the existing SharePoint sites d. SharePoint BI – novice experience 2. Supporting existing SharePoint master pages, designer workflows and few custom web part solutions (there will not be any new/enhancements to the existing custom solutions and it is only maintenance) 3. Customer has SP 2013 servers deployed and ready for migration. Hence migration activities may include database upgrade, backing up 2010 and restoring it in 2013 sites, etc. 4. They haven’t decided about migrating custom solutions in 2010 to 2013 so there will be no new development as of now. The resource have to support SharePoint admin activities/ existing functionalities (OOTB, BI, InfoPath forms, workflows, SPD workflows, managing site permissions of various sites of different teams).
