Thanks! *Role: Sr. .NET developers and .NET Tech Leads* Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: Six month initial duration with extensions up to two years Max rate on Sr. Developer is $45 Max Rate on Tech Lead is $55 H1s are ok, but EAD, GC, and USC are preferred First round phone, second round face to face or video conference Excellent Communication Skills required *Sr Developer* To conduct systems analysis, design, and maintenance which support Client’s business and I/S applications. To lead analysis and programming related to systems analysis, design, integration and maintenance to support Client’s business and I/S applications. Build relationships with Wellmark leaders and act as consultant on business process improvements and technology enhancements or capabilities. *The ideal candidate will have experience in C# coding (including Web Service design and creation in C#.NET), SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows Server 2003 and IIS6. Experience with BizTalk, Silverlight, Windows Server 2008, and IIS 7 would be a plus!* · Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience · 4-6 years experience in applications development and/or technical business analysis. · Knowledge of project methodology. · Experience in programming languages (e.g. *C#,* ASP.NET, Visual Basic, Java, COBOL, CICS, JCL, TSO, SAS, SQL, HTML). · Experience in of programming techniques – structured and/or object-oriented. · Knowledge of IT infrastructure. · Knowledge of computer operating systems – Windows, UNIX, etc · Demonstrated experience in system life cycle methodologies. · Ability to set and meet established timeframes while assuring data and information integrity. · Demonstrated analytical ability and strong problem solving skills. *Tech Lead* * * Same technical skills required, but 7-9 years of experience and must have functioned as a tech/team lead in the past.
