Here is the description:**
Needed: Systems Test Engineer
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Seattle, WA
*Note: All candidates must pass an extensive Background Check - Credit,
Criminal, Education, etc.*
*Responsibilities:*
The position requires an ability to work with system engineers, database
administrators, and system administrators to ensure that all aspects of the
system have proper test coverage and maintain a high level of system
reliability, performance, and quality. This individual is responsible for
testing efforts that evaluate the performance and compatibility of
applications within the system infrastructure. The Systems Test Engineer
duties will include administering test environments which include installing
updates, designing test solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
*Required*:
· 3+ years of Systems Testing experience
· Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in *a network
environment (Windows) testing* Software related issues.
· Experience in writing and using scripting tools to automate tasks
· Create and execute test plans from scratch
· Participating in test plan reviews and test requirement workshops
· Working knowledge of *T-SQL, Unix, Linux, Windows Server 2008,
IIs, and Tomcat*
· Familiarity with MS SQL or Sybase databases

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Handled multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, while
effectively managing priorities and communicating progress Managed test
environments that have supported local and remote test team
