Technical Support Engineer with Application Support experience (Local to GA ) Atlanta,GA 6 plus months Top Skills required: .Application Support experience .Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably JIRA, but another CRM application like salesforce will be fine) .Experience with Debgugging tools (preferably with Charles) .Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript .Basic SQL knowledge .Formal Job description: The Technical Support Engineer will be based in Atlanta, GA at Inform’s headquarters, and will report to the VP of Engineering. .S/he will primarily be responsible for supporting Inform’s products and assisting Account Managers with any issues they come across. Required Skills: .Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with web debugging tools such as DOM Inspector, Charles, Fiddler, Dev tools, etc. .Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a support role. .Experience with issue / project tracking software such as Jira. .Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript. .Basic understanding of SQL queries. .Experience with VRM software such as Oracle VirtualBox. Like-to-Have Skills .Experience with AWS services. .Experience with Akamai CDN and NetStorage. .Experience with MAC terminal. .Experience with jQuery and / or python. .An understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and has worked on a Scrum team. .Experience with revision control systems such as Git.
